This meeting has three aims:

  1. To introduce benefits realisation activities and to promote benefits realisation across the three phases of the programme: Phase 1 Institutional Exemplars, Phase 2 Institutional Innovation Projects, Phase 3 Lifelong Learning and Workforce Development projects
  2. Institutional Innovation Round 2 projects to make the first presentation of their work plans and early outcomes and Institutional Exemplar projects to display their findings and: please all prepare a poster for display
  3. Lifelong Learning and Workforce Engagement projects launch meeting (no poster required)
